Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at support@nerna.shop with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm your return and send you the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the full return shipping cost and refund you in full, including any original shipping charges.
• Change of mind: the customer covers return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Happy to help — contact us and we will arrange an exchange for a different item where possible.

Exceptions

Items returned without prior authorisation, items that have been used, or items missing their original packaging cannot be accepted. Returns outside the 30-day window are not accepted unless the item is defective or the law requires otherwise.
